【摘要】：在脈沖頻率為1、3和5Hz條件下,采用ER1100、ER4043、ER4047和ER5356焊料對A356鑄造鋁合金進行氣體保護鎢極焊接,并研究了焊接接頭的顯微組織和力學(xué)性能。研究結(jié)果表明,焊料和脈沖頻率對熔焊區(qū)的晶粒組織有重要影響。采用ER4047焊料可得到最高體積分數(shù)的共晶組織(44%)。試樣的拉伸斷口表明斷裂并非發(fā)生在熔焊區(qū)。采用ER4047焊料可得到最大的沖擊韌性(4 J),而采用ER5356焊料可得到最大的硬度(HV 90)。
[Abstract]:Under the condition of pulse frequency of 1, 3 and 5Hz, gas shielded tungsten electrode welding of A356cast aluminum alloy was carried out with ER1100,ER4043,ER4047 and ER5356 solder, and the microstructure and mechanical properties of the welded joint were studied. The results show that the solder and pulse frequency have an important effect on the grain structure of the welding zone. The eutectic structure with the highest volume fraction (44%) can be obtained by using ER4047 solder. The tensile fracture surface of the specimen shows that the fracture does not occur in the fusion and welding zone. The maximum impact toughness (4 J),) can be obtained by using ER4047 solder and the maximum hardness (HV 90) can be obtained by using ER5356 solder.
