X80鋼及其焊縫在大港鹽堿土模擬溶液中的腐蝕行為

【摘要】:為了掌握X80鋼及其焊縫在天津大港鹽堿土模擬溶液中的腐蝕行為規(guī)律,采用動(dòng)電位掃描和電化學(xué)阻抗技術(shù),研究了X80鋼在大港鹽堿土中的腐蝕過(guò)程,并用2273電化學(xué)工作站和ZSimp Win軟件對(duì)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行了擬合。結(jié)果顯示:X80管線鋼及焊接接頭在大港鹽堿土模擬溶液中的極化曲線都具有活性溶解特征;X80鋼焊縫經(jīng)過(guò)焊接熱作用后,摻入了某些耐腐蝕的合金元素,導(dǎo)致其耐蝕性強(qiáng)于母材。
[Abstract]:In order to master the corrosion behavior of X80 steel and its weld in the simulated solution of Tianjin Dagang, the corrosion process of X80 steel was studied by using dynamic potential scanning and electrochemical impedance technology. The test results were fitted with the 2273 electrochemical workstation and the ZSimp Win software. The results show that the polarization curves of X80 pipeline steel and welded joint in the simulated solution of Dagang saline soil have the active dissolution characteristics; after the X80 steel weld is subjected to welding heat, some corrosion-resistant alloy elements are incorporated, and the corrosion resistance of the X80 pipeline steel and the welding joint is stronger than that of the base material.
