埋地鋼質(zhì)管道強(qiáng)制電流陰極聯(lián)合保護(hù)研究

【摘要】:目的驗(yàn)證陰極保護(hù)系統(tǒng)在保護(hù)目標(biāo)管道的同時(shí)對(duì)臨近管道造成的雜散電流腐蝕,對(duì)比柔性陽(yáng)極與陽(yáng)極地床在保護(hù)管道的過(guò)程中產(chǎn)生的雜散電流污染情況,確定同溝鋪設(shè)的不同管道聯(lián)合保護(hù)方案。方法通過(guò)同一排流設(shè)備對(duì)相同區(qū)域的不同管線進(jìn)行統(tǒng)一保護(hù),陰極保護(hù)系統(tǒng)中的接地裝置作為唯一的陽(yáng)極,多條埋地管線作為電化學(xué)電池的陰極實(shí)現(xiàn)保護(hù)。結(jié)果陽(yáng)極地床產(chǎn)生的雜散電流干擾明顯強(qiáng)于柔性陽(yáng)極材料;排流保護(hù)中,兩條20 m埋地金屬管道達(dá)到排流保護(hù)的范圍時(shí),柔性陽(yáng)極的排流電壓為1.2~1.52 V,遠(yuǎn)小于碳鋼陽(yáng)極地床的3.5~15 V,能夠有效減少防護(hù)過(guò)程中電能的使用。結(jié)論同一陰極系統(tǒng)同時(shí)對(duì)多條金屬管道或金屬構(gòu)筑物進(jìn)行排流保護(hù)的措施可行。
[Abstract]:Objective to verify the stray current corrosion caused by cathodic protection system while protecting the target pipeline, and to compare the stray current pollution caused by flexible anode and anode ground bed in the process of protecting pipeline. Determine the joint protection scheme of different pipelines laid in the same ditch. Methods different pipelines in the same area were protected by the same drainage equipment. The grounding device in the cathodic protection system was used as the unique anode, and several buried pipelines were used as the cathodic protection of electrochemical batteries. Results the stray current interference caused by anode ground bed was obviously stronger than that of flexible anode material.
