【摘要】：棒材在線(xiàn)淬火-自回火是大棒材生產(chǎn)中先進(jìn)的生產(chǎn)工藝。考慮相變潛熱和材料熱物性隨溫度的變化,利用有限元軟件MSC.Marc,對(duì)不同直徑的45號(hào)鋼及42CrMo鋼大直徑棒材(鐖50mm以上)軋后在線(xiàn)淬火及空冷過(guò)程的溫度場(chǎng)進(jìn)行了模擬,對(duì)淬火臨界冷卻速度進(jìn)行了計(jì)算,獲取不同直徑棒材的最大淬硬層深度及形成最大淬硬層深度所需的淬火時(shí)間;研究了不同淬火時(shí)間后棒材的溫度場(chǎng),分析了棒材自回火的可能性。
