光誘導(dǎo)還原法制備片狀銀粉的研究

【摘要】:在光誘導(dǎo)下,以抗壞血酸(VC)和乙醇為還原體系,PVP與PVA為混合保護(hù)劑還原制備了片狀銀粉。研究表明,反應(yīng)溫度過(guò)高或過(guò)低均不利于控制銀粉的粒徑大小。50~60℃的反應(yīng)溫度既可以提高反應(yīng)速率又能增加銀晶核的形成;混合保護(hù)劑的使用比單獨(dú)一種保護(hù)劑能使銀粉具有更好的分散性能;而光源的入射波長(zhǎng)、入射強(qiáng)度以及光輻照時(shí)間可以改變銀粉的形貌;光照時(shí)間小于15 h制備的銀粉呈球形或類球形且顆粒大小粗細(xì)不一;光照時(shí)間為15~45 h時(shí)銀粉呈球形,顆粒大小均勻統(tǒng)一;光照時(shí)間45 h以上有利于片狀銀粉的形成。通過(guò)對(duì)反應(yīng)溫度的調(diào)整、表面保護(hù)劑的選擇和光輻照時(shí)間的控制獲得了制備片狀銀粉的較優(yōu)工藝。在反應(yīng)溫度55℃,nNH3·H2O/nAg+=6,nVC/nAg+=9.5,nPVP∶nPVA∶nAg+=0.5∶1.0∶1.0(摩爾比),50 W高壓汞燈(波長(zhǎng)352 nm)輻照45 h,Ag NO3濃度為0.2 mol·L-1的條件下,得到粒度分布均勻,結(jié)晶度高,分散性良好的片狀銀粉。
