含Er和Zr元素的Al-Mg-Si合金板材時效析出與強化行為

【摘要】:通過研究熱處理工藝對Al-Mg-Si-Zr-Er合金組織與性能的影響,確定了合金板材的峰時效熱處理工藝,探討了合金的析出與強化行為。研究結(jié)果表明:540℃固溶1 h后,合金板材的析出相得到充分溶解,再結(jié)晶組織也未發(fā)生明顯粗化;時效時,合金的析出相主要為Mg2Si、Al Cu Mg Si(Q相)和Cu Al2等;Er和Zr元素的加入促進了β″相析出,并使β″相變得更為細小彌散,從而縮短了時效時間,提高時效強化效果;合金的峰時效工藝為540℃固溶1 h,180℃時效5 h;合金的時效強化是位錯切過機制和繞過機制的綜合作用;合金的較高強度源于合金凝固組織細化、Al3(Er,Zr)粒子的彌散強化以及Er和Zr元素的加入促進β″相析出細化等共同作用的結(jié)果。
