TC21鈦合金β鍛動(dòng)態(tài)再結(jié)晶行為及晶粒尺寸預(yù)測(cè)

【摘要】:采用Gleeble-3500熱模擬實(shí)驗(yàn)機(jī)對(duì)TC21鈦合金進(jìn)行等溫恒應(yīng)變速率的熱模擬壓縮實(shí)驗(yàn),研究其在變形溫度960℃~1020℃,應(yīng)變速率0.001s-1、0.01s-1、0.1s-1、1s-1條件下的動(dòng)態(tài)再結(jié)晶行為。結(jié)果表明,TC21鈦合金在變形過程中存在動(dòng)態(tài)回復(fù)、動(dòng)態(tài)再結(jié)晶現(xiàn)象。當(dāng)溫度一定時(shí),在應(yīng)變速率≤0.1s-1情況下,隨著應(yīng)變速率的降低,動(dòng)態(tài)再結(jié)晶晶粒尺寸變大;在應(yīng)變速率為1s-1時(shí),變形過程幾乎只發(fā)生動(dòng)態(tài)回復(fù);當(dāng)應(yīng)變速率一定時(shí),隨著溫度的升高,動(dòng)態(tài)再結(jié)晶晶粒尺寸變大。根據(jù)流動(dòng)應(yīng)力與變形溫度和應(yīng)變速率之間的關(guān)系,得到了TC21鈦合金動(dòng)態(tài)再結(jié)晶激活能Q=258.6kJ/mol;通過對(duì)熱模擬實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)的分析計(jì)算,建立了動(dòng)態(tài)再結(jié)晶演化模型。依據(jù)所建模型,并基于DEFORM-3D軟件預(yù)測(cè)了975℃熱變形后的晶粒尺寸和動(dòng)態(tài)再結(jié)晶體積分?jǐn)?shù),晶粒尺寸相對(duì)誤差在±10%以內(nèi),較好的驗(yàn)證了模型的準(zhǔn)確性。
