鋁導(dǎo)線連續(xù)高速拉伸成形的數(shù)值模擬
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of uneven performance and poor surface quality of aluminum conductor in the process of high speed tension of aluminum conductor, based on the die matching parameters of a cable factory, the drawing speed under the condition of die matching is studied by using deform3d computer simulation software. Effect of lubrication on wire temperature and stress-strain distribution during continuous tension of aluminum conductor; And the effect of working cone angle of finished die on stress-strain in deformation zone of finished wire rod. The results show that with the increase of tensile pass, the deformation temperature, stress and strain of the finished wire increase, and the deformation temperature, equivalent stress and equivalent effect of the finished wire reach more than 130.4 MPa and 6.781, respectively. The friction rate has more influence on the conductor temperature than the tensile speed. Through reasonable die structure design, the uniformity of wire deformation can be effectively improved.
