【摘要】：針對鋁導(dǎo)線高速拉伸過程中鋁導(dǎo)線性能不均及表面質(zhì)量較差的問題,以某電纜廠配模參數(shù)為基礎(chǔ),利用deform3d計算機仿真模擬軟件,研究了該配模條件下拉伸速度、潤滑對鋁導(dǎo)線連續(xù)拉伸過程中線材溫度和應(yīng)力-應(yīng)變分布的影響;以及成品模工作錐角對成品線材變形區(qū)應(yīng)力-應(yīng)變的影響。結(jié)果表明:線材溫度隨著拉伸道次的增加,成品導(dǎo)線變形溫、應(yīng)力和應(yīng)變增大,成品導(dǎo)線變形溫度、等效應(yīng)力和等效應(yīng)變分別達到180℃、130.4 MPa和6.781以上;其中摩擦比拉伸速度對導(dǎo)線溫度影響更大。通過合理的成品模具結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計,可有效提高導(dǎo)線變形的均勻性。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of uneven performance and poor surface quality of aluminum conductor in the process of high speed tension of aluminum conductor, based on the die matching parameters of a cable factory, the drawing speed under the condition of die matching is studied by using deform3d computer simulation software. Effect of lubrication on wire temperature and stress-strain distribution during continuous tension of aluminum conductor; And the effect of working cone angle of finished die on stress-strain in deformation zone of finished wire rod. The results show that with the increase of tensile pass, the deformation temperature, stress and strain of the finished wire increase, and the deformation temperature, equivalent stress and equivalent effect of the finished wire reach more than 130.4 MPa and 6.781, respectively. The friction rate has more influence on the conductor temperature than the tensile speed. Through reasonable die structure design, the uniformity of wire deformation can be effectively improved.
