水性環(huán)保切削液的研究及其堿性電解水裝備設計

【摘要】:本文中主要對表面活性劑、助表面活性劑、防銹劑、消泡劑的種類和用量進行討論,探究了環(huán)保性切削液的配方,并對探究出配方的水性環(huán)保切削液按照GB/T6144-85質(zhì)量指標進行測試。實驗結(jié)果表明:試劑A和試劑B按質(zhì)量比為1:1混合作為復合乳化劑,且復合乳化劑與植物基潤滑油的質(zhì)量比為3:1時可以較好的乳化植物基潤滑油;以試劑C、試劑D和試劑E質(zhì)量比為7:6:1混合形成復合防銹劑,且稀釋為質(zhì)量濃度為15%時對鑄鐵單片疊片均具有良好的防銹效果;消泡劑選擇試劑F,且100 g原液中加入0.2 g試劑F即可達到消泡要求?紤]到切削液的防銹、潤滑、穩(wěn)定性、消泡性等,切削液配方為:植物基潤滑油含量為10%-20%,試劑A和試劑B按質(zhì)量比為1:1混合的復合表面活性劑含量為35%-50%,試劑C、試劑D、試劑E按質(zhì)量比為7:6:1混合的復合防銹劑含量為15-20%,消泡劑試劑F含量為0.1%-0.2%,以及少量的殺菌劑、無機鹽和水,濃縮液外觀為黃色透明液體。配置好的切削油進行各項指標測試,結(jié)果符合國標GB/T6144-85質(zhì)量指標要求。此次配方設計為工廠橫向項目,在實際使用中多切割鋼鐵,且操作中發(fā)現(xiàn)使用堿性電解水稀釋切削液濃縮液對鋼鐵的防銹效果較好,故在實驗中研究了堿性電解水的裝備設計、操作步驟、維修和使用注意事項,實驗表明堿性電解水制備裝置中包含軟水制備、電解和切削液與堿性電解水混合部分,研制的裝置可以很好的滿足生產(chǎn)要求。實驗中根據(jù)研制的堿性電解水的裝備,還探討了堿性電解水的制備條件。通過探討了離子電解槽塊數(shù)、電解液種類及電解液濃度幾個因素變化條件下,堿性電解水pH值隨電壓的變化情況。結(jié)果表明選用兩塊離子電解槽串聯(lián),電解液為K2CO3溶液,其質(zhì)量濃度為0.5%,電解電壓為21 V時可快速制得pH值為11.55的電解堿水。實驗中對電解堿水穩(wěn)定性測定,得出新制的電解堿水在封閉條件下可以短時間保存,為保證使用效果最好現(xiàn)配現(xiàn)用。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the types and dosage of surfactant, cosurfactant, rust inhibitor and defoamer are discussed, and the formulation of environmentally friendly cutting fluid is explored. And to explore the formula of water-based environmental protection cutting fluid according to the GB/T6144-85 quality index to test. The results showed that the mixture of reagent A and reagent B was 1:1 as compound emulsifier, and the mass ratio of compound emulsifier to plant-based lubricating oil was 3: 1, and the better emulsified vegetable-based lubricating oil could be obtained by mixing the mixture of reagent A and reagent B at the mass ratio of 1:1. When the mass ratio of reagent C, reagent D and reagent E was 7:6:1, the compound antirust agent was formed, and when diluted to 15%, it had good antirust effect on cast iron veneer. The defoaming agent F is selected, and 0.2 g reagent F is added to 100 g of the original solution to meet the requirement of defoaming. Taking into account the antirust, lubrication, stability and defoaming properties of the cutting fluid, the formulation of the cutting fluid is as follows: the content of plant-based lubricating oil is 10% to 20%, The content of compound surfactant mixed with reagent A and reagent B at 1:1 was 35% ~ 50%, and the content of compound antirust agent mixed with reagent C, reagent D and reagent E at 7:6:1 was 15 / 20%. Defoaming agent F content is 0.1% and 0.2%, and a small amount of fungicide, inorganic salt and water, concentrated liquid appearance is yellow transparent liquid. The configured cutting oil was tested and the results were in accordance with the GB/T6144-85 quality index of the national standard. The formulation design is a horizontal project in the factory, and it is found that using alkaline electrolytic water diluted cutting fluid concentrate has a good anti-rust effect on iron and steel in practical use. Therefore, the equipment design of alkaline electrolytic water is studied in the experiment, and the equipment design of alkaline electrolytic water is studied in the experiment, and the equipment design of alkaline electrolytic water is studied in the experiment. The experimental results show that the alkaline electrolytic water preparation device consists of soft water preparation, the mixed part of electrolytic and cutting fluid and alkaline electrolytic water, and the developed device can meet the production requirements very well. In the experiment, according to the equipment of alkaline electrolytic water, the preparation conditions of alkaline electrolytic water were discussed. The variation of pH value of alkaline electrolytic water with voltage was discussed under the condition of the number of cell blocks, electrolyte types and electrolyte concentration. The results show that the electrolyzed alkaline water with pH value of 11.55 can be quickly prepared by using two ion electrolyzers in series, the electrolyte is K2CO3 solution, the mass concentration is 0.5%, and the electrolysis voltage is 21 V. In the experiment, the stability of electrolytic alkaline water was determined, and it was concluded that the new electrolytic alkaline water could be stored for a short time under the condition of sealing, and it was best to be used in the present in order to ensure the use of the new electrolytic alkaline water.
