回火溫度對(duì)高氮軸承鋼碳化物演變及硬度的影響

【摘要】:對(duì)高氮馬氏體不銹軸承鋼進(jìn)行直接淬火并重復(fù)2次深冷及不同溫度的回火處理,采用光學(xué)顯微鏡、SEM電鏡,TEM電鏡和洛氏硬度計(jì)等,研究了不同回火溫度下碳化物的演變規(guī)律與硬度變化的相關(guān)性,在不同回火溫度下根據(jù)硬度出現(xiàn)先下降后上升再下降變化的趨勢(shì),對(duì)各回火溫度下碳化物的尺寸區(qū)間分布頻數(shù)、單位面積數(shù)量、平均尺寸及碳化物所占單位面積比進(jìn)行了表征及分析,結(jié)果表明:隨回火溫度由150升高到500℃,碳化物的尺寸隨回火溫度的升高從0.39長(zhǎng)大至0.62μm,碳化物為近球形M23C6型。150~300℃回火時(shí)硬度下降與基體脫溶有關(guān);300~450℃回火時(shí)碳化物單位面積數(shù)量及所占面積分?jǐn)?shù)都增加;回火至500℃時(shí),細(xì)小碳化物聚集長(zhǎng)大單位面積數(shù)量減少,碳化物所占面積分?jǐn)?shù)減少。由此得出回火時(shí)硬度變化與析出碳化物的單位數(shù)量和其面積分?jǐn)?shù)有關(guān)。
[Abstract]:High nitrogen martensitic stainless steel was quenched directly and tempered at different temperatures for two times. Optical microscope, SEM electron microscope, TEM electron microscope and Rockwell hardness tester were used. The relationship between carbide evolution and hardness change at different tempering temperatures is studied. According to the tendency of hardness decreasing first, then rising and then decreasing, the distribution frequency of carbide size range at each tempering temperature is studied.
