中空45~#鋼棒材摩擦焊接工藝研究

【摘要】:為了改善大直徑中空45~#鋼棒材的連續(xù)驅(qū)動摩擦焊接性,采用二級加壓方法進(jìn)行了外徑42 mm,內(nèi)徑26 mm的45~#鋼連續(xù)驅(qū)動摩擦焊接.試驗結(jié)果表明,焊接熱輸入隨著摩擦?xí)r間、旋轉(zhuǎn)速度的增大而增大,當(dāng)摩擦?xí)r間較短、旋轉(zhuǎn)速度較低時,采用較大的頂鍛力、二級摩擦力不能顯著增加焊接熱輸入,導(dǎo)致無法頂鍛,產(chǎn)生嚴(yán)重的焊接缺陷.對于無缺陷接頭,接頭最大強(qiáng)度系數(shù)達(dá)到80.9%,接頭中未發(fā)現(xiàn)熔化現(xiàn)象,焊縫發(fā)生動態(tài)再結(jié)晶,熱機(jī)影響區(qū)和部分正火區(qū)出現(xiàn)魏氏體組織.接頭沖擊試驗發(fā)現(xiàn),力學(xué)性能優(yōu)異的接頭薄弱區(qū)位于部分正火區(qū),而焊接熱輸入較高的接頭薄弱區(qū)位于熱機(jī)影響區(qū).焊接熱輸入較低難于獲得缺陷的焊接接頭,焊接熱輸入過大顯著降低接頭力學(xué)性能.
[Abstract]:In order to improve the continuous driving friction weldability of large diameter hollow 45 # steel bar, the continuous driving friction welding of 45 # steel with the outer diameter of 42 mm, and the inner diameter of 26 mm was carried out by two-stage pressure method. The experimental results show that the welding heat input increases with the increase of friction time and rotation velocity. When the friction time is shorter and the rotation speed is lower, the welding heat input can not be significantly increased by the use of larger top forging force, and the second friction force can not significantly increase the welding heat input, when the friction time is shorter and the rotation speed is lower. It leads to no upforging, resulting in serious welding defects. For the defect-free joint, the maximum strength coefficient of the joint reached 80.9%, no melting phenomenon was found in the joint, dynamic recrystallization occurred in the weld, and Weissite structure appeared in the heat affected zone and part of the normalizing zone. The joint impact test shows that the weak zone of the joint with excellent mechanical properties is located in part of the normalizing zone, while the weak zone of the joint with higher welding heat input is located in the influence zone of the heat engine. When welding heat input is low, it is difficult to obtain defective welded joint, and welding heat input is too large to significantly reduce the mechanical properties of welded joint.
