超高強(qiáng)鋼板沖壓模具磨損CAE分析研究與應(yīng)用

【摘要】:針對(duì)超高強(qiáng)鋼板沖壓模具的磨損問(wèn)題,提出一種有效而快捷的預(yù)測(cè)模具磨損量和使用壽命的方法.該方法采用Archard磨損理論,得到?jīng)_壓成型結(jié)束后模具的磨損區(qū)域主要集中在模具圓角處.系統(tǒng)地研究了模具硬度、沖壓速度和模具材料對(duì)模具磨損程度的影響.結(jié)果表明:模具硬度達(dá)到60~65HRC時(shí)能有效減小磨損量;模具磨損量與沖壓速度成正相關(guān)關(guān)系.采用磨損累積法預(yù)測(cè)模具修模前的使用壽命,模擬得到的沖壓7 500次的模具磨損量與試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)僅相差1.47%,表明該方法是正確可行的.這對(duì)于確定合理的沖壓工藝方案和模具結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)具有重要的實(shí)用價(jià)值.
[Abstract]:Aiming at the wear problem of ultra-high strength steel sheet stamping die, an effective and rapid method for predicting die wear and service life is proposed. According to the Archard wear theory, the wear area of the die after stamping is mainly concentrated at the round corner of the die. The effects of die hardness, stamping speed and die material on the wear degree of die were systematically studied. The results show that the wear quantity can be effectively reduced when the die hardness reaches 60~65HRC, and the die wear amount has a positive correlation with the stamping speed. The wear accumulation method is used to predict the service life of die before die repair. The simulated die wear amount of 7 500 stamping times is only 1.47% different from the experimental data. The results show that the method is correct and feasible. It has important practical value for determining reasonable stamping process scheme and die structure design.
