溫度對高W含量K416B鎳基合金拉伸行為的影響

【摘要】:在不同溫度對高W含量K416B鎳基合金進(jìn)行拉伸性能測試及組織形貌觀察,研究了溫度對合金拉伸行為的影響規(guī)律.結(jié)果表明,在20~800℃,合金的屈服強(qiáng)度與抗拉強(qiáng)度隨著溫度的升高而增加,高于800℃后,合金的拉伸性能逐漸降低.合金室溫拉伸變形特征為位錯(cuò)剪切γ′相或以O(shè)rowan機(jī)制越過γ′相,且切入γ′相位錯(cuò)可分解形成層錯(cuò).隨著溫度升高,合金基體內(nèi)的位錯(cuò)密度逐漸增加,其中,800℃拉伸時(shí),合金基體內(nèi)形成高密度位錯(cuò)纏結(jié),可起形變強(qiáng)化作用,是合金具有較高拉伸強(qiáng)度的主要原因.隨著溫度進(jìn)一步升高,切入γ′相的位錯(cuò)數(shù)量增加,致使合金強(qiáng)度逐漸降低.在中低溫條件下,裂紋主要沿大尺寸M6C碳化物處萌生與擴(kuò)展,致使合金發(fā)生脆性斷裂.而高溫拉伸期間,合金主要以微孔聚集方式沿γ+γ′共晶界面發(fā)生連接開裂,是合金發(fā)生韌性斷裂的主要原因.
