【摘要】：砂輪外形、加工軌跡、運(yùn)動(dòng)軸組合方式、工件擺放方式等的差異都會(huì)引起曲面磨削加工模型的變化,加工幾何模型是實(shí)施曲面磨削首要解決的問(wèn)題。建立盤(pán)形圓弧砂輪的幾何模型,通過(guò)磨削點(diǎn)法向量匹配,建立工件點(diǎn)和砂輪點(diǎn)的一一映射關(guān)系,經(jīng)過(guò)坐標(biāo)變換可以得到相應(yīng)的刀具運(yùn)動(dòng)軌跡,用于磨削加工。形成統(tǒng)一的盤(pán)形砂輪曲面磨削幾何模型,并給出刀具運(yùn)動(dòng)軌跡的計(jì)算流程。該磨削模型適用范圍廣,有效解決了多種曲面磨削過(guò)程的刀具軌跡生成問(wèn)題,實(shí)現(xiàn)了高精度的曲面磨削加工。
[Abstract]:The difference of grinding wheel shape, machining track, combination mode of moving shaft and arrangement of workpiece will cause the change of surface grinding machining model. The machining geometry model is the first problem to be solved in surface grinding. The geometric model of disk-shaped circular arc grinding wheel is established, and the one-to-one mapping relation between work point and wheel point is established by matching the normal vector of grinding point. The corresponding tool motion path can be obtained by coordinate transformation for grinding. A uniform geometric model of disk grinding wheel surface grinding is formed, and the calculation flow of tool motion path is given. The grinding model can be used in a wide range and can effectively solve the problem of tool path generation in various surface grinding processes and achieve high-precision surface grinding.
