2A02硬鋁合金不同熱處理后的腐蝕行為

【摘要】:對2A02硬鋁合金進行了不同的時效處理,然后進行了腐蝕性能檢測。采用恒溫浸泡方法、極化曲線測量、掃描電鏡等手段研究了不同時效處理對合金的組織及性能尤其是晶間腐蝕性能的影響。結(jié)果表明:對于單級時效而言,自然時效析出相較少,隨時效溫度升高,析出相增多,但大量析出相存在于晶界;兩級時效析出相細小彌散,且均勻分布于晶內(nèi)。硬鋁合金的電化學腐蝕過程以晶間腐蝕為主,隨時效溫度的升高,耐蝕性增強。兩級時效可獲得均勻的晶粒結(jié)構(gòu)與細小彌散的析出相分布形態(tài),材料的耐蝕性能最好。
[Abstract]:The 2A02 hard aluminum alloy was subjected to different aging treatments and then a corrosion test was carried out. The effects of different aging treatments on the microstructure and properties of the alloy, especially the intercrystalline corrosion, were studied by means of constant temperature immersion method, polarization curve measurement and scanning electron microscope. The results show that, for single-stage aging, the natural aging phase is small, the temperature is increased at any time, the precipitation phase is increased, but a large amount of precipitation phase exists in the grain boundary, and the two-stage aging precipitation phase is fine and dispersed, and is uniformly distributed in the crystal. The electrochemical corrosion process of the hard aluminum alloy is mainly intergranular corrosion, and the temperature at any time is increased and the corrosion resistance is enhanced. the two-stage aging can obtain a uniform crystal grain structure and a fine dispersed precipitation phase distribution form, and the corrosion resistance of the material can be best.
