【摘要】：采用王水并滴加氫氟酸溶解含鉻鎳生鐵樣品,高氯酸冒煙,采用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)樣品/控制樣品制作校準(zhǔn)曲線,測定過程采用內(nèi)標(biāo)法,實現(xiàn)了使用電感耦合等離子體原子發(fā)射光譜法(ICPAES)測定含鉻鎳生鐵中高鎳、高鉻以及錳、磷、鉬、銅和鈷等元素的測定。在儀器工作條件下,各元素校準(zhǔn)曲線線性相關(guān)系數(shù)均大于0.999,其中鎳元素線性相關(guān)系數(shù)達(dá)到0.999 9。方法中各元素的檢出限為0.002 0~0.020μg/mL。采用實驗方法對含鉻鎳生鐵實際樣品中的鎳、鉻、錳、磷、鉬、銅和鈷含量進(jìn)行測定,結(jié)果與國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化學(xué)分析方法基本一致,相對標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差(RSD,n=11)在0.53%~5.0%之間。
[Abstract]:The chromium-nickel pig iron sample was dissolved by Wang Shui and dripping with hydrofluoric acid, the perchloric acid fumed, the calibration curve was made by standard sample / control sample, and the determination process was determined by internal standard method. The determination of high nickel, high chromium, manganese, phosphorus, molybdenum, copper and cobalt in chromium and nickel pig iron by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICPAES) has been realized. Under the working condition of the instrument, the linear correlation coefficient of calibration curve of each element is greater than 0.999, and the linear correlation coefficient of nickel element is 0.999 9. The detection limit of each element in the method was 0.002 ~ 0.020 渭 g / mL. The contents of nickel, chromium, manganese, phosphorus, molybdenum, copper and cobalt in the actual samples of pig iron containing chromium and nickel were determined by the experimental method. The results were in good agreement with the national standard chemical analysis method and the relative standard deviation (RSD,). It was between 0.53% and 5.0%.
