隨機(jī)短纖維增強(qiáng)氣壓砂輪基體性能的研究
[Abstract]:In order to enhance the fatigue resistance and tear resistance of the pneumatic abrasive wheel matrix, a method to control the mechanical properties of the pneumatic wheel matrix based on the short fiber reinforcement theory was proposed. The mechanism of aramid pulp (PPTA-Pulp) short fiber reinforced air pressure grinding wheel matrix was analyzed, and the mutual verification of theoretical formula and tensile test was carried out. The law that the elastic modulus of air pressure grinding wheel matrix increases with the increase of the proportion of short fiber after reinforcement is obtained. Through the tear test of air pressure wheel matrix with different proportion of short fiber, it is proved that short fiber reinforced air pressure wheel matrix is effective in improving tear resistance. The stress distribution characteristics of the contact region of the reinforced pneumatic grinding wheel under different working conditions are analyzed by simulation. The processing tests show that the short fiber reinforced pneumatic grinding wheel can efficiently process the mould with high hardness and high wear resistance.
