不同種不銹鋼電化學腐蝕性能的對比

【摘要】:采用CHI660D電化學工作站研究304、316L、2205、2507不銹鋼在模擬塔里木油田復雜腐蝕介質(zhì)中的電化學腐蝕性能,并通過掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)對其表面的腐蝕產(chǎn)物膜進行對比分析.結(jié)果表明:2種復雜腐蝕介質(zhì)條件下,隨溫度升高,4種不銹鋼的耐蝕性和抗點蝕能力都會降低.CO2的通入對不銹鋼的腐蝕過程影響較為復雜.20℃時,4種不銹鋼的耐蝕性和抗點蝕能力隨CO2的加入均降低;而50、80℃時,4種不銹鋼的耐蝕性和抗點蝕能力則會增強.相同腐蝕條件下,4種不銹鋼的耐腐蝕能力由強到弱的順序為:2507、2205、316L、304.
[Abstract]:The electrochemical corrosion performance of 304316LZ2205C2507 stainless steel in complex corrosion medium of Tarim Oilfield was studied by CHI660D electrochemical workstation. The corrosion product film on the surface was analyzed by scanning electron microscope (SEM). The results show that the corrosion resistance and pitting resistance of four stainless steels decrease with the increase of temperature under two complex corrosion media conditions. The effect of CO2 entry on the corrosion process of stainless steel is more complex at 20 鈩,
