基于風(fēng)險防控太鋼熱連軋設(shè)備狀態(tài)管理模式研究

【摘要】:由于專業(yè)技術(shù)和組織績效管理水平的不足,太鋼熱連軋廠的設(shè)備管理面臨較大挑戰(zhàn):TPM設(shè)備管理體系流于形式;故障時間居高不下,設(shè)備受控水平偏低;管理體系混亂,制度不健全;設(shè)備管理人員效率偏低。熱連軋2250mm生產(chǎn)線作為太鋼核心流程的關(guān)鍵工序之一,其設(shè)備管理狀況反映了太鋼以及全行業(yè)設(shè)備管理工作中普遍存在的問題。本文立足于解決太鋼熱連軋廠設(shè)備管理中的實際問題,在工作中不斷探索與實踐,以太鋼熱連軋2250mm生產(chǎn)線的設(shè)備管理作為主要研究內(nèi)容,找出太鋼熱連軋廠設(shè)備管理中實際存在的問題,以設(shè)備故障分析、風(fēng)險防控和設(shè)備狀態(tài)管理為突破點創(chuàng)立一種創(chuàng)新的設(shè)備管理模式,使之能夠緊密聯(lián)系現(xiàn)場,提升設(shè)備管理績效,并在全公司和全行業(yè)范圍內(nèi)都具有一定的普適性和重要的參考價值。本文基于以上思路開展了一系列工作,首先對設(shè)備歷史故障進(jìn)行分類分析,對高頻故障設(shè)備進(jìn)行風(fēng)險評估;然后建立全線設(shè)備重大風(fēng)險防控管理體系,降低重大設(shè)備故障風(fēng)險;接著梳理設(shè)備狀態(tài)管理要素,采取有效檢測有段,制定針對性技術(shù)管理措施;最后以風(fēng)險防控為基礎(chǔ),監(jiān)控設(shè)備運行狀態(tài),建立設(shè)備狀態(tài)管理體系。通過上述工作的開展最終能夠達(dá)到減少設(shè)備故障時間的目標(biāo),同時降低了設(shè)備維護(hù)成本,提升設(shè)備管理經(jīng)濟(jì)性,也提升設(shè)備管理人員作業(yè)效率。
[Abstract]:Due to the lack of professional technology and organizational performance management, the equipment management of TISCO hot strip mill is facing great challenges: the TPM equipment management system is a mere formality, the failure time is high, the equipment control level is on the low side; The management system is chaotic, the system is not perfect, and the equipment management personnel's efficiency is on the low side. As one of the key processes in the core process of TISCO, the equipment management of the 2250mm production line reflects the common problems in the equipment management of TISCO and the whole industry. This paper is based on solving the practical problems in the equipment management of TISCO hot strip mill, and makes continuous exploration and practice in the work, taking the equipment management of the 2250mm production line of TISCO as the main research content. To find out the actual problems in equipment management of hot strip mill of Taiyuan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., to establish an innovative equipment management mode based on equipment failure analysis, risk prevention and control and equipment state management, so that it can be closely connected with the site. Improve the performance of equipment management, and in the whole company and the whole industry has a certain universality and important reference value. Based on the above ideas, this paper has carried out a series of work: firstly, classifying and analyzing the historical faults of equipment and evaluating the risk of high frequency fault equipment; secondly, establishing the management system of the major risk prevention and control of the whole line equipment to reduce the risk of the major equipment fault. Then combing the elements of equipment state management, taking effective detection section, making targeted technical management measures; finally, based on risk prevention and control, monitoring equipment running state, establishing equipment state management system. Through the above work, we can achieve the goal of reducing the equipment failure time, at the same time reducing the equipment maintenance cost, improving the equipment management economy, and also improving the equipment management staff operation efficiency.
