鎳基高溫合金耐腐蝕性能的研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】:鎳基高溫合金的耐腐蝕性能研究在現(xiàn)代科學(xué)技術(shù)和工程的發(fā)展中占有相當(dāng)重要的地位。主要綜述了近年來鎳基高溫合金耐腐蝕性能的研究情況,詳細(xì)介紹了幾種提高鎳基高溫合金耐腐蝕性能的方法。對(duì)比分析了幾種不同的研究和表征方法,并對(duì)已有的研究成果進(jìn)行了深入分析。討論了鎳基高溫合金的腐蝕機(jī)理研究,提出在接下來的研究中應(yīng)盡量模擬出鎳基高溫合金的工作環(huán)境,使得不同合金的腐蝕機(jī)理可相互比較。最后,結(jié)合鎳基高溫合金的使用要求,對(duì)未來鎳基高溫合金的耐腐蝕性的研究方向進(jìn)行了探討和展望。
[Abstract]:The study of corrosion resistance of nickel-based superalloys plays an important role in the development of modern science and technology and engineering. The research on corrosion resistance of nickel-based superalloys in recent years is reviewed, and several methods to improve corrosion resistance of nickel based superalloys are introduced in detail. Several different research and characterization methods are compared and the existing research results are deeply analyzed. The corrosion mechanism of nickel-based superalloy is discussed. It is suggested that the working environment of nickel-based superalloy should be simulated in the following research so that the corrosion mechanism of different alloy can be compared with each other. Finally, the research direction of corrosion resistance of nickel base superalloy in the future is discussed and prospected according to the application requirements of nickel base superalloy.
