新型氣壓常閉型鉗制器的設(shè)計(jì)與研究
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of science and technology, efficiency has become an important factor in the pursuit of productivity. In order to improve the production efficiency, the machine tool develops to the direction of high speed and high precision heavy load. However, the problems such as the fixing of the worktable, the guarantee of stability and the safety stop in the emergency situation become more and more obvious in the process of processing. The research shows that these problems can be effectively solved by installing additional parts-clamp on the rolling linear guide pair. At present, some countries such as Japan, Germany and other countries have developed mature research results on pliers, but the related technology is not beneficial to the research and development of domestic pliers, so it is necessary to study the clamp devices. Based on the detailed analysis of the structural characteristics of the rolling linear guideway pair and the principle of braking device and following the principle of mechanical design, a new type of pneumatic constant closure clamp is designed and developed for the LGR55 type roller linear guideway pair of Kettering machine. The hold force and open pressure of the clamp are calculated, and the 3D model of the clamp is designed by SOLIDWORKS. The structure of the force-boosting mechanism is designed by using the law of sinusoidal acceleration, and the braking response time of the mechanism before and after optimization is compared. The overall stiffness of the working platform of the rolling linear guide rail pair with four sliding blocks and two clamps is analyzed and studied, and the formula for calculating the stiffness of the working platform in the clamping state is obtained. According to the principle of tribology and fractal theory, the tangential and normal contact stiffness of the joint surface of clamp and guideway is analyzed and calculated, and the experimental scheme of stiffness is put forward. According to the need to simplify the model of the pneumatic constant closed clamp, the dynamic analysis of the simplified model of the clamp is carried out by using ANSYS WORKBENCH, and the natural frequency and mode shape of the first six order modal analysis of the clamp are obtained. It is a reference for the next step dynamic analysis and structure optimization of clamp.
