MPM限動(dòng)芯棒鋼管連軋過程數(shù)值模擬及寬展分析

【摘要】:無縫鋼管是我國(guó)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)的重要原材料之一。MPM(Multi-Stand Pipe Mill)限動(dòng)芯棒連軋管機(jī)組是近年來熱軋無縫鋼管生產(chǎn)的主流機(jī)型,它的生產(chǎn)能力和產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量直接影響著我國(guó)無縫鋼管的生產(chǎn)能力及國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。目前,許多企業(yè)都以提高產(chǎn)品的規(guī)模、降低生產(chǎn)的成本和提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量來獲得市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。因此,開展MPM連軋管軋制過程的分析和寬展研究,具有重大的實(shí)用價(jià)值,為進(jìn)一步分析鋼管連軋成型規(guī)律,預(yù)報(bào)產(chǎn)品尺寸精度和性能,具有重大意義,對(duì)進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化設(shè)備參數(shù),提高產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量提供借鑒作用。本文以某鋼管廠的限動(dòng)芯棒連軋管機(jī)為研究對(duì)象,采用Marc有限元軟件,建立了無縫鋼管連軋過程的三維熱力耦合有限元模型。以現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的連軋管機(jī)為實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)備,現(xiàn)場(chǎng)生產(chǎn)的荒管為實(shí)驗(yàn)材料,測(cè)量鋼管的外形尺寸和各機(jī)架軋制力。將模擬結(jié)果與實(shí)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行對(duì)比,鋼管外徑的相對(duì)誤差為0.22%,壁厚的相對(duì)誤差為3.3%,機(jī)架軋制力均值的最大誤差為4.79%,驗(yàn)證了有限元模型的正確性。在此基礎(chǔ)上,分析了無縫鋼管連軋過程中鋼管出口形狀、軋制溫度變化、應(yīng)力應(yīng)變以及金屬的流動(dòng)規(guī)律;研究了軋輥參數(shù)(軋輥孔型主半徑、軋輥孔型偏心距、軋輥半徑)、摩擦系數(shù)(軋輥摩擦系數(shù)、芯棒摩擦系數(shù))和速度制度(軋輥轉(zhuǎn)速、芯棒速度)對(duì)軋制力能參數(shù)的影響?仔驮O(shè)計(jì)是連軋管機(jī)組的技術(shù)核心?仔徒饘俳孛婷娣e計(jì)算是孔型設(shè)計(jì)中的一個(gè)重要環(huán)節(jié),而鋼管的寬展對(duì)孔型金屬截面面積的精確計(jì)算起著重要作用。本文通過對(duì)不同孔型、不同規(guī)格產(chǎn)品的系列仿真,研究了寬展規(guī)律的影響因素:延伸系數(shù)和空隙率對(duì)周長(zhǎng)系數(shù)的影響,延伸系數(shù)和減徑率對(duì)壁厚系數(shù)的影響以及軋輥轉(zhuǎn)速對(duì)寬展規(guī)律的影響。
[Abstract]:Seamless steel pipe is one of the important raw materials in the national economic construction of our country. The. MPM (Multi-Stand Pipe Mill) mandrel mill is the main type of hot rolled seamless steel pipe in recent years. Its production capacity and product quality directly affect the production capacity and international competitiveness of seamless steel tubes in China. At present, many enterprises to improve the scale of products, reduce production costs and improve product quality to achieve market competitiveness. Therefore, it is of great practical value to study the rolling process of MPM continuous rolling pipe. It is of great significance to further analyze the forming law of steel tube continuous rolling and predict the dimensional accuracy and performance of the product, and it is also of great significance to further optimize the equipment parameters. Improve the quality of products to provide reference. In this paper, a three-dimensional thermo-mechanical coupled finite element model of seamless steel tube continuous rolling process is established by using Marc finite element software, taking the limited motion mandrel mill in a steel pipe factory as the research object. Taking the continuous rolling mill as the experimental equipment and the raw pipe produced in the field as the experimental material, the shape and size of the steel pipe and the rolling force of each stand are measured. Comparing the simulation results with the measured data, the relative error of outer diameter of steel pipe is 0.22, the relative error of wall thickness is 3.3, and the maximum error of the mean value of rolling force is 4.79, which verifies the correctness of the finite element model. On this basis, the outlet shape, rolling temperature change, stress strain and metal flow law of seamless steel tube during continuous rolling are analyzed. The effects of roll parameters (roll pass radius, roll pass eccentricity, roll radius), friction coefficient (roll friction coefficient, mandrel friction coefficient) and speed regime (roll rotation speed, mandrel speed) on rolling force and energy parameters were studied. Pass design is the core of continuous tube mill. The calculation of the cross section area of the pass metal is an important link in the pass design, and the width of the steel pipe plays an important role in the accurate calculation of the section area of the pass metal. In this paper, through the series simulation of different pass and specification products, the influence factors of the law of width are studied: the influence of the extension coefficient and the void ratio on the circumference coefficient. The influence of extension coefficient and diameter reduction rate on the wall thickness coefficient and the influence of roll rotation speed on the spread rule.
