冷變形及退火工藝對(duì)617B合金組織性能的影響

【摘要】:研究了冷加工變形量、退火溫度和退火時(shí)間對(duì)617B合金管材組織及力學(xué)性能的影響。結(jié)果表明:隨著變形量的增大,晶粒沿著最大主變形方向被拉長(zhǎng),形成了長(zhǎng)條狀的形變帶,合金室溫抗拉強(qiáng)度和屈服強(qiáng)度逐漸提高,延伸率下降;當(dāng)退火溫度從1080℃提高到1160℃時(shí),隨著退火溫度的提高,合金的晶粒逐漸長(zhǎng)大,抗拉強(qiáng)度和屈服強(qiáng)度降低,塑性提高,退火溫度到1160℃以上繼續(xù)提高溫度,晶粒長(zhǎng)大速度明顯增大,強(qiáng)度和塑性變化不大;不同變形量下合金晶粒長(zhǎng)大的激活能Q均遠(yuǎn)大于純Ni的自擴(kuò)散激活能,且Q值隨著變形量的增加先升高后降低;合金晶粒長(zhǎng)大指數(shù)η值隨著退火溫度的提高先增大后減小。
[Abstract]:The effects of cold working deformation, annealing temperature and annealing time on the microstructure and mechanical properties of 617B alloy pipe were studied.
