50mm轉(zhuǎn)子鋼超窄間隙激光填絲焊接頭組織與性能

【摘要】:設(shè)計了窄間隙的坡口并采用CO2激光填絲多道焊的方法焊接了厚度為50 mm的30Cr2Ni4Mo V轉(zhuǎn)子鋼,焊后觀察并分析了接頭不同區(qū)域的組織特征,通過接頭的拉伸、彎曲試驗及顯微硬度評定了接頭的性能,結(jié)果表明:選取優(yōu)化的窄間隙激光填絲焊接工藝焊接的50 mm厚30Cr2Ni4Mo V鋼對接焊接頭成形良好,無側(cè)壁未熔合等缺陷。接頭中部填充焊焊縫中心由大量的針狀鐵素體和少量的粒狀貝氏體組成,沖擊韌性良好,表層填充焊焊縫由馬氏體及少量的粒狀貝氏體組成,沖擊韌性有所下降。焊接接頭拉伸試樣均斷于母材,接頭最大硬度位于接頭表層填充焊熱影響區(qū)(HAZ)粗晶區(qū),焊縫區(qū)的硬度較HAZ低很多。
[Abstract]:The narrow gap groove was designed and the 50 mm thickness 30Cr2Ni4Mo V rotor steel was welded by CO2 laser wire filling multi-pass welding. After welding, the microstructure of different regions of the joint was observed and analyzed. The bending test and microhardness were used to evaluate the properties of the joint. The results showed that the 50 mm thick 30Cr2Ni4Mo V steel welded with optimized narrow gap laser filler wire welding process was well formed and had no defects such as the side wall was not fused and so on. The center of the weld is composed of a large number of acicular ferrite and a small amount of granular bainite, and the impact toughness is good. The surface filled weld is composed of martensite and a little granular bainite, and the impact toughness decreases. The tensile specimens of the welded joints are all broken in the base metal. The maximum hardness of the joints is located in the (HAZ) coarse grained zone filled with heat affected zone on the surface of the joints, and the hardness of the weld zone is much lower than that of the HAZ.
