AA7075-T6圓筒形零件熱態(tài)顆粒介質(zhì)壓力成形過程的力學分析

【摘要】:基于顆粒介質(zhì)傳壓性能試驗和AA7075-T6板材材料性能試驗,對采用熱態(tài)顆粒介質(zhì)壓力成形(HGMF)工藝拉深成形圓筒形件的法蘭區(qū)、傳力區(qū)和自由變形區(qū)進行了塑性力學分析,求解得到內(nèi)壓非均勻分布條件下成形壓力的函數(shù)關系式,并與實測數(shù)據(jù)進行比對。分析結果表明,在成形中后期產(chǎn)生較大的偏差,理論求解最大成形力低于實測值24.6%。工藝試驗研究表明,在成形溫度為250℃條件下,采用HGMF工藝可一道次成形AA7075-T6圓筒形零件(底部為自由變形區(qū))的極限拉伸比(LDR)為1.71。HGMF工藝操作便捷,裝置簡單,可在通用壓力設備上實現(xiàn)輕合金板材件熱成形,適用于航空、航天和軍工等領域中小批量產(chǎn)品。
[Abstract]:Based on the pressure transfer test of granular medium and the material performance test of AA7075-T6 sheet, the plastic mechanics analysis of flange zone, force transfer zone and free deformation zone of cylindrical parts formed by hot particle medium pressure forming (HGMF) process is carried out. The functional expression of forming pressure under the condition of non-uniform distribution of internal pressure is obtained and compared with the measured data. The results show that there is a big deviation in the middle and late stage of forming, and the maximum forming force of theoretical solution is lower than the measured value of 24.6.
