熱處理對(duì)燒結(jié)Fe-Cr-C-Ni-W合金組織的影響

【摘要】:采用粉末冶金法制備了Fe-Cr-C-Ni-W合金,研究并分析了熱處理工藝中去穩(wěn)溫度、去穩(wěn)時(shí)間和回火溫度對(duì)合金顯微組織的影響。結(jié)果表明,熱處理態(tài)合金組織為少量馬氏體+碳化物(初生碳化物和二次碳化物)+殘余奧氏體;在900和950℃條件下,隨保溫時(shí)間的延長二次碳化物析出量分別增加和減少,硬度值呈先增大后減小趨勢(shì)。1000℃條件下二次碳化物量最少,硬度值最低。此合金的最佳熱處理工藝為:950℃×1 h+200℃×1 h,硬度為58.4 HRC。
