Ti-6Al-4V鈦合金表面激光熔覆自潤(rùn)滑耐磨涂層的高溫穩(wěn)定性

【摘要】:以NiCr/Cr3C2-10%CaF2(質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù),%)復(fù)合粉末為原料,采用激光熔覆技術(shù)在Ti-6Al-4V合金表面成功制備出了γ-NiCrAlTi/TiC/CaF2高溫自潤(rùn)滑耐磨復(fù)合涂層。為研究該復(fù)合涂層的高溫穩(wěn)定性,在600℃下分別對(duì)該復(fù)合涂層保溫24、48、96 h,并分別研究了不同保溫時(shí)間下復(fù)合涂層的物相、顯微硬度、摩擦學(xué)性能的變化及其機(jī)理。結(jié)果表明:高溫處理前后復(fù)合涂層物相組成基本不變,由于γ-NiCrAlTi固溶體的溶解,涂層顯微硬度下降約110 HV0.3;高溫處理前后涂層的摩擦系數(shù)及磨損率變化較小,在長(zhǎng)時(shí)間高溫保溫情況下,涂層的組織和摩擦學(xué)性能都表現(xiàn)出良好的高溫穩(wěn)定性。
