Hank’s溶液中碳離子注入TAMZ合金的耐蝕耐磨行為研究(英文)
[Abstract]:The corrosion and wear resistance of TAMZ alloy implanted with carbon ion in simulated body fluid Hank's solution was studied. The results show that a homogeneous modified layer with a carbon content of 1.07% is formed on the surface of TAMZ alloy implanted by carbon ion, and the thickness of the layer is up to 9 渭 m. After carbon ion implantation, a disordered film was formed on the surface of TAMZ, which was mainly composed of TiC and Ti by XRD analysis. Electrochemical measurements in Hank's solution showed that the corrosion potential and charge transfer resistance of TAMZ alloy implanted with carbon ion increased. The anodic polarization current density decreases and the electrochemical performance is improved. The reason is that the formation of disordered coatings of carbides after carbon ion implantation blocks the dissolution of alloy elements. The friction coefficient and specific wear rate of the TAMZ alloy implanted with carbon ions in Hank's solution were obviously lower than that of the matrix TAMZ alloy, and the hardness was increased. Moreover, the friction carbon ion implanted TAMZ alloy has lower anode polarization current density and larger charge transfer resistance than the base TAMZ alloy, which indicates that the modified layer has excellent wear resistance and corrosion resistance in the human body simulated solution environment.
