【摘要】：金屬在高溫?zé)嵝巫冞^程中,相變常常發(fā)生在形變過程中,塑性形變和相變同步進(jìn)行。在此過程中,一方面相變的發(fā)生消耗了形變儲(chǔ)存能,另一方面形變的發(fā)生又會(huì)造成新能量的積累和晶體缺陷的產(chǎn)生,能量狀態(tài)、缺陷分布等和先形變后相變過程的不同,整個(gè)過程完全是動(dòng)態(tài)的。圍繞新型近α型鈦合金—TA15鈦合金的熱壓縮模擬試驗(yàn),從介觀角度出發(fā),綜合運(yùn)用現(xiàn)代塑性加工學(xué)、金屬學(xué)、金相學(xué)、有限元方法、晶體塑性理論、元胞自動(dòng)機(jī)理論、計(jì)算機(jī)編程語言等多種理論和方法,對(duì)TA15鈦合金在熱壓縮變形過程中發(fā)生的相變行為進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)研究,模擬了合金的相變過程,動(dòng)態(tài)再現(xiàn)了相變發(fā)生時(shí)的微觀組織的演變情況,建立了不同變形條件下的相變動(dòng)力學(xué)方程。這對(duì)于合理制定變形過程中的熱加工工藝方案,對(duì)鈦合金的發(fā)展和實(shí)際應(yīng)用的促進(jìn)都具有極為重要的理論價(jià)值和實(shí)際意義。
[Abstract]:In the process of high temperature thermal deformation, the transformation often occurs in the process of deformation, and the plastic deformation and the phase transition take place simultaneously. In this process, on the one hand, the occurrence of phase transition consumes the storage energy of deformation, on the other hand, the occurrence of deformation will lead to the accumulation of new energy and the generation of crystal defects, energy state, defect distribution, etc. The whole process is completely dynamic. Focusing on the thermal compression simulation test of a new type of near 偽 type titanium alloy, TA15 titanium alloy, from the point of view of mesoscopic, the application of modern plastic processing, metallography, finite element method, crystal plasticity theory, cellular automata theory, metallography, finite element method, and cellular automata theory are comprehensively applied. In this paper, the phase transformation behavior of TA15 titanium alloy during hot compression deformation is systematically studied by computer programming language, and the transformation process of the alloy is simulated, and the evolution of microstructure during phase transformation is dynamically reproduced. The kinetic equations of phase transformation under different deformation conditions are established. It is of great theoretical value and practical significance for the development and practical application of titanium alloy, and it is of great theoretical value and practical significance for the rational formulation of the hot working process in the deformation process and the promotion of the development and practical application of titanium alloy.
