CrON擴散阻擋層對NbCrAl涂層與Nb基高溫合金元素互擴散的影響

【摘要】:利用磁控濺射技術(shù)在C103型Nb基高溫合金上制備了含和不含CrON擴散阻擋層的NbCrAl涂層,對比研究了2種涂層分別經(jīng)900℃和1 000℃真空熱處理后的元素擴散行為。結(jié)果表明:NbCrAl涂層以Cr2Nb和AlNb2相為主,含非晶態(tài)組織;真空熱處理后生成了NbAl3和(Nb,Cr)沉淀相。熱處理溫度由900℃升至1 000℃時,NbCrAl涂層中元素擴散速度加快。不含擴散阻擋層樣品中Cr和Al元素擴散至基體的含量分別為2.76wt%和1.21wt%,而含擴散阻擋層樣品中Cr和Al元素擴散到基體的含量分別僅為2.52wt%和0.84wt%。擴散阻擋層保持連續(xù),且與涂層及基體的界面結(jié)合良好,經(jīng)高溫處理后主要以密排六方結(jié)構(gòu)的Cr2O3和Al2O3相為主,有效地抑制了元素互擴散。
