體外浸泡純鈦的表面腐蝕和ECAP的影響

【摘要】:采用在Ringer模擬體液靜態(tài)體外浸泡的方法,研究工業(yè)純鈦試片經(jīng)過一定時間的浸泡后的失重和表面形貌的變化。采用等通道徑角擠壓(ECAP)方法處理工業(yè)純鈦并與粗晶純鈦進行對比,對ECAP處理的TA9和粗晶TA9也做了對比。結(jié)果表明:純鈦在400℃ECAP處理后的微觀組織形成具有明顯方向性的板條狀組織,ECAP純鈦表面沉積的Na Cl晶體數(shù)量大于粗晶Ti,TA9也表現(xiàn)出相似結(jié)果。純鈦的腐蝕機制是一種受到電偶腐蝕控制的均勻腐蝕,細(xì)晶組織導(dǎo)致電偶的數(shù)量增加。
