鑄造工藝參數(shù)對(duì)半連續(xù)鑄造A390合金管坯宏微觀組織的影響

【摘要】:采用半連續(xù)鑄造方法制備了A390合金管坯.研究了鑄造速度和鑄造溫度對(duì)A390合金管坯宏微觀組織的影響.結(jié)果表明:隨著鑄造速度由90 mm/min提升至120 mm/min、鑄造溫度由800℃增加至850℃,管坯中初生Si宏觀分布趨于均勻,初生Si顆粒的平均尺寸逐漸減小.截面尺寸為鐖164 mm/鐖60 mm的半連續(xù)鑄造A390合金管坯的最佳鑄造工藝參數(shù)為:鑄造速度110 mm/min、鑄造溫度850℃,可以獲得初生Si宏觀分布均勻、初生Si顆粒平均尺寸不超過(guò)26μm的管坯,管坯內(nèi)側(cè)的抗拉強(qiáng)度為264 MPa,延伸率為0.5%.
