【摘要】：建立了壓印接頭拉剪強度模型并提出接頭強度的理論計算方法。建立了壓印連接成形的二維模型,模擬壓印成型過程并分析金屬流動規(guī)律,模擬結(jié)果與試驗結(jié)果一致。由壓印連接過程的模擬結(jié)果得到壓印接頭的三維模型,由此三維模型模擬接頭的拉剪過程,得到接頭的載荷-位移曲線和失效形式,模擬結(jié)果與試驗結(jié)果一致,求解誤差為3.4%。根據(jù)壓印接頭拉剪的兩種失效形式(頸部斷裂失效和上下板分離失效),提出了壓印接頭的理論計算公式。并由12種壓印接頭對計算公式進行驗證,求解結(jié)果與試驗結(jié)果吻合,最大強度誤差為8.9%。
[Abstract]:The tensile shear strength model of imprinted joint is established and the theoretical calculation method of joint strength is put forward. A two-dimensional model of imprint joint forming was established to simulate the imprint forming process and analyze the metal flow law. The simulation results are in agreement with the experimental results. The three-dimensional model of the joint is obtained from the simulation results of the imprint connection process. The load-displacement curve and failure form of the joint are obtained by simulating the tensile and shear process of the joint. The simulation results are consistent with the experimental results. The solution error is 3.4. According to two kinds of failure forms (neck fracture failure and upper and lower plate separation failure) of imprint joint, the theoretical calculation formula of imprint joint is put forward. The calculation formula is verified by 12 kinds of embossing joints. The results are in good agreement with the experimental results, and the maximum strength error is 8.9.
