Mg-8Li-3Gd-3Y-0.6Al鎂合金的均勻化研究

【摘要】:為了提高M(jìn)g-8Li-3Gd-3Y-0.6Al合金鑄錠的力學(xué)性能,對合金進(jìn)行了均勻化退火處理。通過金相顯微鏡、掃描電鏡、顯微硬度測試、X射線衍射、拉伸力學(xué)性能測試等手段,研究了均勻化條件對Mg-8Li-3Gd-3Y-0.6Al合金的顯微組織和力學(xué)性能的影響。結(jié)果表明,鑄態(tài)合金經(jīng)773K 8h的均勻化處理后,鑄態(tài)時的網(wǎng)狀相完全溶解到基體中,第二相彌散分布在基體中,同時退火態(tài)合金的抗拉強(qiáng)度達(dá)到了154 MPa,比鑄態(tài)合金提高了23%。合金最佳的均勻化退火工藝是773K 8h,此時該合金具有較好的綜合力學(xué)性能。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the mechanical properties of Mg-8Li-3Gd-3Y-0.6Al alloy ingot, the alloy was treated by homogenization annealing. The effects of homogenization conditions on the microstructure and mechanical properties of Mg-8Li-3Gd-3Y-0.6Al alloy were studied by means of metallographic microscope, scanning electron microscope, microhardness test, X-ray diffraction and tensile mechanical properties. The results show that after homogenization at 773K for 8 h, the network phase in the as-cast alloy completely dissolves into the matrix, and the second phase diffuses in the matrix, and the tensile strength of the annealed alloy reaches 154 MPa,. The tensile strength of the as-cast alloy is increased by 23% than that of the as-cast alloy. The best homogenization annealing process is 773 K for 8 h, and the alloy has better comprehensive mechanical properties.
