ADI900材料的低溫性能研究

【摘要】:以ADI900材料為研究對(duì)象,研究其在低溫條件下的力學(xué)性能和斷口形貌特征。結(jié)果表明:隨著溫度的降低,材料的力學(xué)性能變化很大。在-60℃時(shí),相對(duì)于常溫條件抗拉強(qiáng)度提高了19.8%,伸長(zhǎng)率下降33.0%,沖擊韌度下降超過了70%,降為31 J/cm2,硬度提高了18.4%。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果為研究ADI在低溫條件下的使用性能提供了數(shù)據(jù)參考,有利于ADI的推廣應(yīng)用。
