澆注工藝參數(shù)對(duì)ZL114A合金熱處理后性能的影響

【摘要】:ZL114A合金具有良好的鑄造工藝性能,較好的力學(xué)、抗腐蝕和焊接性能,已廣泛應(yīng)用于我國(guó)航空航天以及民用等領(lǐng)域。利用拉伸機(jī),對(duì)ZL114A合金拉伸試棒的性能進(jìn)行測(cè)試,研究ZL114A合金的澆注溫度和模具溫度對(duì)合金抗拉強(qiáng)度和伸長(zhǎng)率的影響。結(jié)果表明,澆注溫度在700~710℃,模具溫度在250~300℃時(shí),合金的力學(xué)性能呈現(xiàn)最優(yōu)。
[Abstract]:ZL114A alloys have been widely used in aerospace and civil fields in China because of their good casting properties, good mechanical properties, corrosion resistance and welding properties. The tensile strength and elongation of ZL114A alloy were studied by testing the tensile properties of ZL114A alloy and the influence of pouring temperature and die temperature on the tensile strength and elongation of ZL114A alloy. The results show that the mechanical properties of the alloy are optimal when the pouring temperature is 700 ~ 710 鈩,
