可在400~500℃使用的TC4-B鈦合金棒材研制

【摘要】:通過在TC4鈦合金中添加Si、O、Mo、Zr、Sn合金元素,研制出名義化學(xué)成分為Ti-6Al-4V-0.3Si-0.3Mo-0.3Zr-0.3Sn-0.15O的TC4-B鈦合金。并采用兩種鐓拔組合變形工藝,制備尺寸為?75 mm圓棒和51 mm×85.6 mm扁方棒。結(jié)果表明:經(jīng)"三三一"工藝鍛制的TC4-B鈦合金棒材顯微組織更為均勻;力學(xué)性能明顯優(yōu)于經(jīng)常規(guī)工藝鍛制的棒材,其室溫拉伸強(qiáng)度可達(dá)1 000 MPa以上,500℃時拉伸強(qiáng)度可達(dá)636 MPa,伸長率為18%,斷面收縮率為61%,可在400~500℃高溫條件下使用。
[Abstract]:TC4-B titanium alloy with nominal chemical composition of Ti-6Al-4V-0.3Si-0.3Mo-0.3Zr-0.3Sn-0.15O was prepared by adding elements of Si,O,Mo,Zr,Sn alloy to TC4 titanium alloy. Two kinds of upsetting and drawing combined deformation processes were used to prepare? 75 mm round rod and 51 mm 脳 85.6 mm flat square rod. The results show that the microstructure of TC4-B titanium alloy bar forged by "three trinity" process is more uniform. The mechanical properties are obviously superior to those of the bars forged by conventional technology. The tensile strength at room temperature can reach more than 1 000 MPa, the tensile strength at 500 鈩,
