【摘要】：隨著油氣田開發(fā)工藝的不斷更新發(fā)展,酸化過程使用的酸液濃度越來越大,使用溫度也越來越高,對于酸化緩蝕劑的性能提出了更高要求。研究中發(fā)現(xiàn)氯化芐基喹啉(BQC)在15%鹽酸中對N80鋼的緩蝕能力不佳,但BQC卻能在堿性條件下生成具有高效緩蝕性能的氯化芐基喹啉衍生物(BQD)。當(dāng)BQD的加劑量為0.05%時,就能使N80鋼片在90℃下15%鹽酸中的腐蝕速率降至3.1g/(m2·h),表現(xiàn)出了優(yōu)異的緩蝕性能。用硅膠柱層析的方法分離得到了BQD并通過核磁共振1 H-NMR、13 C-NMR、DEPT分析以及液相色譜-質(zhì)譜聯(lián)機等技術(shù)表征了BQD的結(jié)構(gòu)。結(jié)果表明,BQD是一種稠環(huán)季銨鹽類化合物,其分子式為C32H23N2Cl。進一步提出了由兩分子BQC經(jīng)過Michael加成反應(yīng)得到BQD的反應(yīng)過程,并從構(gòu)效關(guān)系角度對BQD的優(yōu)異緩蝕性能進行了探討。
