稀土對低碳低合金鋼氧化性能的影響

【摘要】:針對不加稀土與添加鑭鈰混合稀土的低碳低合金鋼,在立式管式爐中進行950~1250℃的恒溫氧化實驗,利用靜態(tài)增重法繪制氧化動力學(xué)曲線,采用掃描電鏡對實驗鋼表面的氧化膜形貌進行觀察。結(jié)果表明:950~1250℃的恒溫氧化動力學(xué)曲線均符合拋物線規(guī)律,氧化膜具有保護性。稀土的添加提高低碳低合金鋼的反應(yīng)激活能,降低氧化速率常數(shù),提高了抗高溫氧化性能,且稀土含量較高的,抗高溫氧化性能更好。稀土的添加細化了低碳低合金鋼氧化膜的晶粒,增強了氧化膜與基體的粘附性,使氧化膜不易脫落,從而有助于提高抗氧化性能。
