數(shù)控機(jī)床旋轉(zhuǎn)軸轉(zhuǎn)角定位誤差測(cè)量方法

【摘要】:為實(shí)現(xiàn)多軸數(shù)控機(jī)床空間誤差的補(bǔ)償,提出一種基于球桿儀組合路徑的數(shù)控機(jī)床旋轉(zhuǎn)軸轉(zhuǎn)角定位誤差的測(cè)量方法.根據(jù)轉(zhuǎn)角定位誤差敏感方向,通過(guò)組合切線測(cè)量和平動(dòng)軸圓軌跡測(cè)量方法,無(wú)需機(jī)床空間誤差模型和繁瑣的誤差解耦計(jì)算,便可直接辨識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)角定位誤差.采用模型仿真驗(yàn)證該方法的可行性和對(duì)照實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證可靠性.實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明組合路徑測(cè)量方法的辨識(shí)結(jié)果與激光測(cè)量結(jié)果吻合較好,兩者的測(cè)量結(jié)果差異δ≤0.007 8°.該方法測(cè)量過(guò)程操作簡(jiǎn)單、辨識(shí)原理直觀易懂,可用于機(jī)床旋轉(zhuǎn)軸定位精度的評(píng)估以及為誤差補(bǔ)償提供依據(jù),從而提高機(jī)床加工精度.
[Abstract]:In order to compensate the spatial error of multi-axis NC machine tool, a method of measuring the rotation angle positioning error of NC machine tool based on the combined path of ball rod instrument is proposed. According to the sensitive direction of angular positioning error, the rotation angle positioning error can be directly identified without the need of space error model of machine tool and tedious error decoupling calculation. The model simulation is used to verify the feasibility of the method and the reliability of the control experiment is verified. The experimental results show that the identification results of the combined path measurement method are in good agreement with the laser measurement results, and the difference between the two measurements is 未 鈮,
