質(zhì)量控制方法在R95套管熱處理工藝優(yōu)化中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:針對某公司生產(chǎn)的R95鋼級套管屈服強(qiáng)度不夠的問題,采用工序能力指數(shù)法評價了熱處理工序能力指數(shù),并用正交試驗(yàn)法從淬火溫度、淬火保溫時間、回火溫度、回火保溫時間四個方面進(jìn)行四因素三水平分析,提出優(yōu)化后熱處理方案;優(yōu)化后熱處理方案經(jīng)實(shí)際驗(yàn)證,大大提高了該工序能力指數(shù);最后提出了R95鋼級套管熱處理的改進(jìn)措施。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problem that the yield strength of R95 steel casing produced by a company is not enough, the process capability index is evaluated by the method of process capability index, and the quenching temperature, quenching holding time and tempering temperature are analyzed by orthogonal test. Four factors and three levels were analyzed in four aspects of tempering time, and the optimized post-heat treatment scheme was put forward. The optimized post-heat treatment scheme has been verified by practice, and the capability index of this process has been greatly improved. Finally, the improvement measures for heat treatment of R95 steel casing have been put forward.
