沖壓模具生產(chǎn)線涂油工位改進策略研究

【摘要】:伴隨著我國經(jīng)濟的迅速發(fā)展,國內(nèi)還是以大量的人工沖壓線為主,沖壓模具生產(chǎn)線的改造是提升人工沖壓線生產(chǎn)效率與制件質(zhì)量的主要手段。減少每個工位的生產(chǎn)時間,提高生產(chǎn)線的生產(chǎn)效率。在提高產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)質(zhì)量的同時,有效的增強企業(yè)產(chǎn)品的競爭力。本文介紹國內(nèi)外自動沖壓線發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀,并且對國內(nèi)大量人工沖壓線進行自動化升級改造進行研究分析,以長春某汽車制品有限公司沖壓線改造項目為實例進行了自動化改造研究?偨Y(jié)現(xiàn)有沖壓模具生產(chǎn)線上存在的生產(chǎn)節(jié)拍長、操作工人多、操作存安全隱患等缺陷,并且對其分析,對生產(chǎn)線人工涂油工位進行改造,以縮短生產(chǎn)節(jié)拍為依據(jù)、減少操作人員為目的設計了半自動涂油機。根據(jù)涂油原理優(yōu)化涂油控制系統(tǒng)。以保證準確的完成涂油工位的生產(chǎn)要求,以提高整條生產(chǎn)線的生產(chǎn)效率。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy in our country, a large number of manual stamping lines are still used in our country. The transformation of stamping die production line is the main means to improve the production efficiency and the quality of parts. Reduce the production time of each station and improve the production efficiency of the production line. At the same time to improve the quality of production, effectively enhance the competitiveness of enterprise products. This paper introduces the status quo of automatic stamping line development at home and abroad, and studies and analyzes a large number of manual stamping lines in China for automatic upgrading. Taking the stamping line reconstruction project of Changchun Automobile products Co., Ltd as an example, the automatic transformation research is carried out. This paper summarizes the defects existing in the existing stamping die production line, such as long production rhythm, many operation workers, hidden dangers of operation safety, etc., and analyzes the defects of the existing stamping die production line, and reconstructs the artificial oil painting work station of the production line in order to shorten the production rhythm. A semi-automatic oiler is designed for the purpose of reducing the number of operators. According to the principle of oil coating, the control system of oil coating is optimized. In order to ensure the accurate completion of the production requirements of the oiling station, to improve the production efficiency of the entire production line.
