淬火和回火工藝對3.5Ni鋼組織和力學(xué)性能的影響

【摘要】:通過拉伸和沖擊試驗以及SEM、TEM和EBSD組織觀察,研究了不同熱處理工藝參數(shù)對3.5Ni鋼顯微組織和力學(xué)性能的影響。結(jié)果表明:3.5Ni鋼在860℃保溫1 h水淬后得到細小的板條馬氏體(LM)加粒狀貝氏體(GB)組織;570℃回火后,LM的板條變粗,GB中的M/A島也溶解消失,基體上有大量滲碳體析出。隨著回火溫度的升高,板條繼續(xù)合并長大,并且開始出現(xiàn)多邊形鐵素體,滲碳體也不斷長大;鼗饻囟葹570~600℃時,低溫韌性隨回火溫度的升高而增加,但是繼續(xù)升高回火溫度會使得低溫韌性下降。研究表明:3.5Ni低溫鋼經(jīng)860℃水淬+600℃回火的熱處理可以獲得最佳的力學(xué)性能。
