微弧離子沉積阻燃涂層及其性能

【摘要】:采用微弧離子表面改性技術(shù)在TC11合金表面制備阻燃涂層,采用掃描電鏡、透射電鏡、XRD等方法分析了阻燃涂層組織及物相,采用"鈦火"液滴法試驗(yàn)平臺(tái)測試了TC11鈦合金在300~700℃之間的燃燒參數(shù),驗(yàn)證了同等試驗(yàn)條件下帶有阻燃涂層TC11鈦合金試樣在300~700℃之間的阻燃有效性.結(jié)果表明,制備的阻燃涂層主要由Ti Zr非晶相組成,涂層致密,與基體為冶金結(jié)合,700℃以內(nèi)具有一定的阻燃性能,分析阻燃涂層的阻燃機(jī)理主要為涂層吸收能量,減小基體對熱量的吸收,同時(shí)阻止鈦合金與氧接觸機(jī)制來阻燃.
