典型異質(zhì)鋼接頭碳遷移與高溫力學(xué)性能

【摘要】:針對A102焊接典型異種接頭的碳遷移現(xiàn)象以及高溫力學(xué)性能進(jìn)行研究,利用由菲克定律推導(dǎo)出的碳擴(kuò)散理論計算公式對擴(kuò)散過程進(jìn)行計算并繪制理論曲線.通過碳的成分分析繪制出實(shí)際碳擴(kuò)散曲線,對熔合線兩側(cè)的組織進(jìn)行觀察.結(jié)果表明:理論碳擴(kuò)散曲線與實(shí)際碳擴(kuò)散曲線基本相同.對于A102焊接的15Cr MoR珠光體耐熱鋼與316奧氏體不銹鋼異質(zhì)鋼接頭而言,熔合線的不銹鋼焊縫金屬一側(cè)出現(xiàn)增碳層,組織主要為碳化物和馬氏體,而15Cr MoR熱影響區(qū)一側(cè)出現(xiàn)脫碳層,組織主要為鐵素體.蠕變試件在熔合線脫碳層附近發(fā)生斷裂,斷裂方式為韌窩斷裂.
[Abstract]:The carbon migration phenomena and high temperature mechanical properties of typical A102 welded dissimilar joints were studied. The diffusion process was calculated and the theoretical curves were drawn by using the carbon diffusion theory formula derived from Fick's law. The actual carbon diffusion curve was drawn by carbon composition analysis and the microstructure on both sides of the fusion line was observed. The results show that the theoretical carbon diffusion curve is basically the same as the actual carbon diffusion curve. For the joints of 15Cr MoR pearlite heat resistant steel and 316 austenitic stainless steel heterogeneity steel welded by A102, carburized layer appeared on the weld metal side of the weld metal of fusion line, and the microstructure was mainly carbides and martensite, while decarburized layer appeared on the side of 15Cr MoR heat affected zone. The tissue is mainly ferrite. The creep specimen is fractured near the decarburized layer of fusion line, and the fracture mode is dimple fracture.
