教學(xué)用五軸聯(lián)動數(shù)控銑床原理樣機設(shè)計與研究

【摘要】:五軸聯(lián)動數(shù)控機床是科技含量高、精密度高、用于加工復(fù)雜曲面的機床,這種機床對國家的航空、航天、軍事、科研、精密器械、高精醫(yī)療設(shè)備等行業(yè),有著舉足輕重的影響力。本課題研究教學(xué)用的五軸聯(lián)動數(shù)控銑床原理樣機。首先,,本文綜合敘述了五軸聯(lián)動數(shù)控機床的發(fā)展歷史,分析了不同布局的五軸聯(lián)動龍門銑床設(shè)計的優(yōu)缺點,給出教學(xué)用五軸聯(lián)動數(shù)控銑床原理樣機的結(jié)構(gòu)選擇并給出布局方案。布局方案包括機床設(shè)備的布局設(shè)計、雙轉(zhuǎn)臺進給系統(tǒng)的工作范圍、坐標(biāo)軸原點、銑削力和焊接工藝特性。 其次,對教學(xué)用五軸聯(lián)動數(shù)控銑床原理樣機的布局設(shè)計進行了研究包括對五軸聯(lián)動進給機構(gòu)、主軸機構(gòu)。計算執(zhí)行機構(gòu)的參數(shù)并對設(shè)備進行選型,利用Creo三維設(shè)計軟件搭建了教學(xué)用五軸聯(lián)動數(shù)控銑床原理樣機的三維仿真模型。從可靠性的角度,分析了教學(xué)用五軸聯(lián)動數(shù)控銑床原理樣機的設(shè)計參數(shù)是否達到預(yù)期工作參數(shù)。然后,針對樣機的三維模型,進行了裝配工藝的設(shè)計與研究包括對雙轉(zhuǎn)臺進給系統(tǒng)中電機、聯(lián)軸器、編碼器、軸承、潤滑、密封設(shè)備等進行選型和模擬裝配,模擬實際裝配過程中出現(xiàn)的問題和解決方案。 最后,利用Creo的仿真模塊,對教學(xué)用五軸聯(lián)動數(shù)控銑床原理樣機的進給傳動系統(tǒng)進行靜力學(xué)、運動學(xué)仿真。分析了教學(xué)用五軸聯(lián)動數(shù)控銑床原理樣機在加工時的靜動態(tài)性能的表現(xiàn)能力,驗證了本設(shè)計的正確性使五軸聯(lián)動數(shù)控銑床原理樣機達到預(yù)期的加工精度要求。
[Abstract]:Five-axis linkage CNC machine tool is a machine tool with high scientific and technological content and high precision, which is used to process complex curved surfaces. This machine tool can be used in the aviation, aerospace, military, scientific research, precision instruments, high-precision medical equipment and other industries of the country. Have a decisive influence. This paper studies the principle prototype of five-axis linkage NC milling machine used in teaching. Firstly, this paper describes the development history of five-axis linkage CNC machine tool, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the design of five-axis linkage gantry milling machine with different layout, and gives the structure selection and layout scheme of the principle prototype of five-axis linkage CNC milling machine for teaching. The layout scheme includes the layout design of the machine tool equipment, the working range of the double turntable feed system, the origin of the coordinate axis, the milling force and the welding process characteristics. Secondly, the layout design of the principle prototype of five-axis linkage NC milling machine for teaching is studied, including the five-axis linkage feed mechanism and spindle mechanism. The parameters of the actuator are calculated and the equipment is selected. The 3D simulation model of the principle prototype of the five-axis linkage NC milling machine for teaching is built by using Creo three-dimensional design software. From the point of view of reliability, this paper analyzes whether the design parameters of the principle prototype of five-axis linkage NC milling machine used in teaching reach the expected working parameters. Then, according to the 3D model of the prototype, the design and research of assembly process include the selection and simulation assembly of the motor, coupling, encoder, bearing, lubrication, sealing equipment, etc. Simulate the problems and solutions in the actual assembly process. Finally, using the simulation module of Creo, the statics and kinematics simulation of the feed transmission system of the principle prototype of five-axis linkage NC milling machine for teaching is carried out. The performance of static and dynamic performance of the principle prototype of five-axis linkage NC milling machine for teaching is analyzed, and the correctness of the design is verified, which makes the principle prototype of five-axis linkage NC milling machine meet the expected machining accuracy requirements.
