熱壓縮法研究TiC形變誘導(dǎo)析出動(dòng)力學(xué)

【摘要】:為了闡明低成本鈦微合金化鋼在奧氏體區(qū)熱軋過(guò)程中的析出行為,在Gleeble-1500D熱模擬試驗(yàn)機(jī)上采用熱壓縮應(yīng)力松弛法、雙道次變形法和透射電鏡(TEM)研究了0.047C-0.109Ti微合金鋼中的形變誘導(dǎo)析出動(dòng)力學(xué)。通過(guò)分析應(yīng)力松弛曲線、軟化動(dòng)力學(xué)曲線及不同等溫時(shí)間析出相的數(shù)量和尺寸分別獲得了3組析出-時(shí)間-溫度(PTT)曲線。結(jié)果表明,3種方法獲得的PTT曲線均呈現(xiàn)"C"形,且鼻子點(diǎn)溫度均為900℃左右。在析出開(kāi)始時(shí)間(Ps)的測(cè)量方面,雙道次變形法展現(xiàn)出最高的敏感性和可靠性。TEM結(jié)果表明,形變誘導(dǎo)析出相為純的Ti C粒子,在復(fù)型膜上呈現(xiàn)鏈狀或胞狀分布。此外,析出相在長(zhǎng)大階段近似服從拋物線規(guī)律(1/2方規(guī)律),在粗化階段服從近1/10方規(guī)律。
[Abstract]:In order to elucidate the precipitation behavior of low cost titanium microalloyed steel during hot rolling in austenitic region, the thermal compression stress relaxation method was used in Gleeble-1500D thermal simulation testing machine. The deformation-induced precipitation kinetics of 0.047C-0.109Ti microalloyed steel was studied by double pass deformation and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). Through the analysis of stress relaxation curves, softening kinetics curves and the number and size of precipitates at different isothermal times, three sets of precipitation-time-temperature (PTT) curves were obtained respectively. The results show that the PTT curves obtained by the three methods all show "C" shape and the nose temperature is about 900 鈩,
