GCr15軸承鋼消除大塊狀碳化物的熱處理工藝

【摘要】:運(yùn)用X射線測(cè)定了GCr15軸承鋼連鑄坯芯部宏觀偏析區(qū)域和微觀偏析區(qū)域C、Cr元素的濃度;贑和Cr元素成分分布,用Thermo-Calc軟件計(jì)算了GCr15軸承鋼不同部位的熔點(diǎn),從而確定了軸承鋼連鑄坯均勻化加熱的最高溫度限制。研究了不同溫度下消除連鑄坯芯部大塊狀碳化物所需要的時(shí)間。通過(guò)理論與實(shí)驗(yàn)相結(jié)合的方法,提出了一系列消除軸承鋼連鑄坯芯部大塊狀碳化物的熱處理制度。
[Abstract]:The concentration of Cr in the macro segregation region and micro segregation region of GCr15 bearing steel has been determined by X-ray. Based on the composition distribution of C and Cr elements, the melting points of different parts of GCr15 bearing steel were calculated by Thermo-Calc software, and the maximum temperature limit for homogenizing heating of bearing steel continuous casting billet was determined. The time required to eliminate large block carbides in continuous casting billet core at different temperatures was studied. By combining theory with experiment, a series of heat treatment systems for eliminating large block carbides in continuous casting billet of bearing steel have been put forward.
