鑄態(tài)P91耐熱合金鋼高溫流變行為及本構(gòu)方程

【摘要】:為了研究鑄態(tài)P91耐熱合金鋼的高溫變形流變特性,建立鑄態(tài)P91耐熱合金鋼高溫流變應(yīng)力本構(gòu)方程,采用Gleeble-3500熱模擬實(shí)驗(yàn)機(jī)對(duì)鑄態(tài)P91耐熱合金鋼進(jìn)行等溫?zé)釅嚎s實(shí)驗(yàn),研究了變形溫度為900~1200℃、應(yīng)變速率為0.01~5 s-1、變形量為60%條件下的熱變形行為。研究結(jié)果表明,隨著變形溫度的升高和應(yīng)變速率的降低,動(dòng)態(tài)再結(jié)晶現(xiàn)象越容易發(fā)生,流變應(yīng)力顯著降低,曲線(xiàn)由加工硬化型向動(dòng)態(tài)回復(fù)及動(dòng)態(tài)再結(jié)晶型轉(zhuǎn)變。在雙曲正弦修正的Arrhenius型方程及Zener-Hollomon參數(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上,考慮真應(yīng)變對(duì)流動(dòng)應(yīng)力的影響,建立了鑄態(tài)P91耐熱合金鋼的流變應(yīng)力模型及本構(gòu)方程。誤差分析表明,所建立的本構(gòu)方程具有良好的精度。
