基于直流電壓降法的三點(diǎn)彎曲試樣疲勞裂紋擴(kuò)展速率測(cè)量方法

【摘要】:通過(guò)有限元分析得到了三點(diǎn)彎曲試樣的裂紋長(zhǎng)度與電壓降及裂紋尖端應(yīng)力強(qiáng)度因子的關(guān)系式,開(kāi)發(fā)了可以在應(yīng)力強(qiáng)度因子恒定、可控升高和降低的條件下進(jìn)行疲勞試驗(yàn)的軟件,通過(guò)編寫(xiě)測(cè)試程序的方式連續(xù)進(jìn)行不同載荷、載荷比、頻率條件下的疲勞試驗(yàn),在線(xiàn)測(cè)量裂紋擴(kuò)展速率,且根據(jù)裂紋長(zhǎng)度擴(kuò)展情況自動(dòng)改變測(cè)試條件.通過(guò)對(duì)2種鎳鋁青銅合金材料疲勞裂紋擴(kuò)展速率測(cè)量,對(duì)該方法進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證,得到了裂紋擴(kuò)展速率與應(yīng)力強(qiáng)度因子關(guān)系曲線(xiàn),并利用Priddle公式和ParisErdogan公式擬合得到了裂紋擴(kuò)展應(yīng)力強(qiáng)度因子門(mén)檻值等疲勞特征參數(shù).
[Abstract]:The relationship between crack length and voltage drop and stress intensity factor at crack tip of three-point bending specimen is obtained by finite element analysis. A software is developed for fatigue test under the condition of constant stress intensity factor, controllable increasing and decreasing stress intensity factor. Fatigue tests under different load, load ratio and frequency were carried out continuously by writing test program. The crack growth rate was measured online and the test conditions were automatically changed according to the crack length growth. By measuring the fatigue crack growth rate of two kinds of Ni-Al bronze alloy materials, the method is verified, and the curve of the relationship between the crack growth rate and the stress intensity factor is obtained. The fatigue characteristic parameters such as the threshold value of the stress intensity factor of crack propagation are obtained by fitting the Priddle formula and the ParisErdogan formula.
