基于直流電壓降法的三點彎曲試樣疲勞裂紋擴展速率測量方法

【摘要】:通過有限元分析得到了三點彎曲試樣的裂紋長度與電壓降及裂紋尖端應(yīng)力強度因子的關(guān)系式,開發(fā)了可以在應(yīng)力強度因子恒定、可控升高和降低的條件下進行疲勞試驗的軟件,通過編寫測試程序的方式連續(xù)進行不同載荷、載荷比、頻率條件下的疲勞試驗,在線測量裂紋擴展速率,且根據(jù)裂紋長度擴展情況自動改變測試條件.通過對2種鎳鋁青銅合金材料疲勞裂紋擴展速率測量,對該方法進行了驗證,得到了裂紋擴展速率與應(yīng)力強度因子關(guān)系曲線,并利用Priddle公式和ParisErdogan公式擬合得到了裂紋擴展應(yīng)力強度因子門檻值等疲勞特征參數(shù).
[Abstract]:The relationship between crack length and voltage drop and stress intensity factor at crack tip of three-point bending specimen is obtained by finite element analysis. A software is developed for fatigue test under the condition of constant stress intensity factor, controllable increasing and decreasing stress intensity factor. Fatigue tests under different load, load ratio and frequency were carried out continuously by writing test program. The crack growth rate was measured online and the test conditions were automatically changed according to the crack length growth. By measuring the fatigue crack growth rate of two kinds of Ni-Al bronze alloy materials, the method is verified, and the curve of the relationship between the crack growth rate and the stress intensity factor is obtained. The fatigue characteristic parameters such as the threshold value of the stress intensity factor of crack propagation are obtained by fitting the Priddle formula and the ParisErdogan formula.
